Meet Our Staff

Setting People Free of Addiction in Middle Tennessee

At our residential recovery center, we are dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing haven for men and women on their journey to healing. Our center is more than just a place to stay—it’s a home, a sanctuary free from violence and drugs, where each resident can embrace a fresh start in a supportive, faith-based environment.

Here, our compassionate team members work hand-in-hand with residents, helping them build essential life skills, discover new purpose, and reconnect with their inherent worth. Meet the staff who make this transformative experience possible.

Steve Beecham

Pastor Steve has been married for 31 years, is a father of four, and is a G-Daddy to five. Having made bad decisions and lived in the drug scene for half of his life, he knows firsthand that living that life leads to destruction and death.

Since escaping that lifestyle through Christ, the Lord has given him a strong desire to raise up Men of God. Since the Lord called him into ministry in 2010, it is evident that he has a strong calling to teach people to reach a place of freedom. He will tell you that he is compelled to walk alongside them until they become who they were created to be.
Because of his humor and straight-to-the-point personality, he can reach those who are difficult to reach.

He will tell you he graduated from the school of hard knocks and that he won’t sugar-coat anything.

Women’s Director

Renee Beecham

Let me start by sharing that I love the Lord with all my heart and soul. I’m a wife of 31 years, a mother of four, and a Mi Mi to five G-babies who can do no wrong.

In 2007, as I lay in a puddle of tears on my bathroom floor, feeling helpless and hopeless, crying out to God, the Lord rescued me out of my pit, and then He called me. He gave me a heart and a passion for serving broken and hurting women with life-controlling issues.

By the grace of God, I have been blessed enough to serve in full-time ministry since 2010 and have seen the goodness of God set many captives free. Oh, what a beautiful sight to witness! We all need others to hold our arms up when times are hard. After all, the word of the Lord says that, “He comforted us so that we may comfort another.”

I’m a worshipper at heart, and music is healing to my soul. If you know me, you know I am transparent and passionate about being Jesus’ hands and feet. I’m so grateful for God’s grace in my life that I can’t help but give back what the Lord has given me.

I pray this reading finds you well, but if not, we are here to help. Remember that there is one who cares and is always there. He is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.
